  1. Sponsor/Promoter

    All Win Play functions as a digital entertainment environment built for recreational gameplay and social amusement. To supplement this digital landscape, All Win Play delivers complimentary promotional tokens, referred to as "Sweeps Coins," under the guidelines of these Sweeps Rules. These Sweeps Coins permit eligible users to try promotional games for an opportunity to gather additional Sweeps Coins, which can subsequently be submitted for real-world prize redemptions.     This Sweepstakes is open exclusively to lawful residents of the United States (excluding those residing in California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, and New York) and residents of Canada (excluding those residing in the provinces of Ontario and Québec), provided the user has reached eighteen (18) years of age or has achieved the official age of majority dictated by their local domestic territory at the time of entry. This promotional structure is entirely invalid wherever barred by local statutory laws.

    The following entities are disqualified from acquiring rewards or entering the Sweepstakes: staff members, executives, board directors, independent contractors, and authorized representatives working for the Sponsor, its parent firms, subsidiary divisions, operational affiliates, or designated advertising agencies, alongside any external vendors directly managing this promotional campaign (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”); this exclusion similarly extends to immediate relatives (spouses, biological or adoptive parents, children, siblings, and any blended family "step" variations) and any person residing in the same household unit.

    By entering this Sweepstakes, users (“Entrants” or “Participants”) agree to submit entirely to these Sweeps Rules and the final administrative rulings of the Sponsor, which remain absolute and uncontestable across all matters. Securing a prize is strictly dependent upon fulfilling every mandate set forth in these regulations. If the Company detects any behavior it deems manipulative, deceptive, or contrary to fair play, it retains the unilateral authority to bar the offending user from further platform access.

    This promotional structure operates under all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local legal frameworks. Every Participant bears the individual burden of ensuring that registering and playing on the platform aligns with the legal parameters of their local jurisdiction.

  3. Overview

    The Sponsor distributes promotional entries titled “Sweeps Coins” via the complimentary methods outlined throughout these regulations. These Sweeps Coins allow participants to participate in sweepstakes-style games, offering them the chance to win further Sweeps Coins that may become eligible for real-world cash or prize redemptions (“Prize”) under the parameters of these rules.

  4. Sweepstakes Entry Period

    Every recurring monthly installment of the Sweepstakes begins precisely at 12:00:00 a.m. EST on the first calendar day of the month and terminates at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on the final calendar day of that same month. The Company’s primary data servers serve as the sole official timekeeper for tracking entry deadlines.

  5. Odds of Winning

    The mathematical probability of securing virtual tokens varies across individual games and will be clearly published on the digital interface for transparent review by Participants.

    The Company maintains full discretion to modify payout structures and win probabilities for any game without prior warning. Users can check the current mathematical parameters of a game right before allocating tokens to it. Participants must independently examine the active Prize metrics on every separate gameplay instance.

  6. How to Collect Sweeps Coins

    To join the Sweepstakes, you must maintain an active, validly registered account (“User Account”) on the platform(). If you do not possess an active account, you may establish one without cost by visiting the official domain at https://www.allwinplay.com/. Users enter the promotional pool by successfully logging into their validated User Account().

    Once logged into https://www.allwinplay.com/, eligible users can acquire complimentary Sweeps Coins through the following avenues:

    • Complimentary Allocations via Gold Coin Purchases: Users may receive a free allocation of promotional Sweeps Coins as a bonus when buying specific Gold Coin packages. Gold Coins serve exclusively as social tokens for entertainment play and cannot be redeemed for real-world value. The exact number of Sweeps Coins distributed will be highlighted in the relevant post, and tokens will be credited directly to the winner's validated account following the close of the draw. These giveaways remain subject to any supplementary parameters highlighted in the promotional text along with these active Sweeps Rules.

    • Complimentary Allocations via Daily Login Rewards: Users can claim free promotional tokens every day by completing the following sequence (Daily Bonus):

By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by All Win Play's Terms of Services and Sweeps Rules.”

    PARTICIPANTS ARE RESTRICTED TO ONE (1) INDEX CARD PER INDIVIDUAL MAILED ENVELOPE.

    Postal Request Code Protocols: A Postal Request Code is a unique 12-digit numeric combination that users can obtain by accessing their account dashboard, selecting the "Postal Request Code" option in the lobby, and completing the security prompts. Every code is completely unique, restricted to a single use, and expires 60 days after it is generated. This code assists the Sponsor in processing manual entries efficiently. EACH CODE CAN ONLY BE SUBMITTED BY THE SPECIFIC USER PROFILE THAT INSTIGATED ITS GENERATION. If a user is suspected of distributing or sharing these codes with others, the Company reserves the absolute right to terminate the user's account and revoke all accumulated tokens.

    THE CORPORATE MAILING ADDRESS AND EVERY ACCOUNT DECREE RECORDED ON THE CARD MUST BE ENTIRELY HANDWRITTEN. The text must be perfectly legible. If the Sponsor deems the handwriting obscured or unreadable, the submission will be rejected and no tokens will be issued. The Sponsor retains exclusive judgment over handwriting legibility.

    • Participants will receive two (2) Sweeps Coins for every successfully processed, compliant mail-in request. Following full verification, these tokens will be credited to the User Account.

    • The Company assumes no legal responsibility for mail-in requests that are lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or sent to an incorrect address.

    • Sweeps Coins will be immediately forfeited if a user profile is disabled, suspended, or closed for any reason, including due to violations of our policies.

    • Sweeps Coins will automatically expire and be cleared from an account if the user fails to log into their profile at least once during a ninety (90) day window.

  7. Using Sweeps Coins to Play Games

    Every participant must be the verified Authorized Account Holder of the email address utilized during account creation. The term “Authorized Account Holder” designates the natural person assigned to an email address by an internet service provider, digital platform, or organization responsible for allocating web domains for the email address in question.

    Users holding Sweeps Coins can deploy them to play sweepstakes games on the platform. Tokens won through active gameplay become eligible for real-world prize or cash redemptions, subject to the conditions of these rules.

    Only games played with Sweeps Coins offer the opportunity to win additional Sweeps Coins that may be redeemed for cash and prizes subject to these Rules. Sweeps Coins accumulated through gameplay (as opposed to collected via the introductory methods in Section 6) may be redeemed for a prize, subject to the maximum and minimum prize redemption limits outlined in these Sweeps Rules. Sweeps Coins possess no inherent monetary value and act strictly as an internal entry certificate to request prize redemptions. Approval of a redemption request is contingent upon the user passing all compliance reviews and demonstrating full adherence to the Sweepstakes Rules and Terms of Service.

    Every single Sweeps Coin won through game participation (excluding tokens collected directly via the zero-cost avenues in Section 6) may be submitted for a prize redemption valued at US$1.

    Deploying automated tools, scraping software, bots, or systematic scripting systems to accumulate or redeem tokens is strictly banned. Maintaining multiple user accounts, adopting fraudulent profiles, or orchestrating collusive team play is completely prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination and token forfeiture at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

    The Sponsor's determinations regarding game mechanics, operational outcomes, and reward distributions remain final and legally binding.

    Playthrough Guidelines: Sweeps Coins acquired through the complimentary avenues in [Section 6] cannot be immediately redeemed and must be utilized at least once in gameplay before entering a redeemable state. The Sponsor retains the right, at its sole discretion, to mandate that complimentary Sweeps Coins distributed via [Section 6] be played through multiple times [(up to a maximum of 20 times)] across the platform games before a prize redemption request will be entertained.

  8. Verification And Confirmation Of Potential Winners

    ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO INTERNAL AUDITS AND CONFIRMATION BY THE SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE ENTIRELY ABSOLUTE AND BINDING. A USER IS NOT A LAWFUL WINNER OF A PRIZE, REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE ON-SCREEN GRAPHICS INDICATE, UNTIL THEIR ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN DOCUMENTED, THE LEGISLATION OF THEIR PLAY HISTORY HAS BEEN VERIFIED, AND FORMAL CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN FORWARDED. THE SPONSOR WILL NOT CONSIDER SCREENSHOTS OR USER-PROVIDED GRAPHICS AS PROOF OF WINNING IN PLACE OF ITS SYSTEM LOGS.

    Users must successfully complete a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) identity check before any prize redemption is processed. This verification process may but not limited to require submitting valid government photo identification, passing a biometric facial identification scan, providing current utility bills to verify physical residence, and confirming their Social Security Number (SSN).

    Potential winners must remain in full compliance with these Sweeps Rules to receive prizes. If a user cannot be reached, fails to return required affidavits of eligibility or liability/publicity releases within the specified timeframe, fails to follow these rules, or if a prize delivery notice rebounds as undeliverable, the prize will be completely forfeited.

  9. Prizes And Prize Redemption

    The right to receive a prize is strictly personal and cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold to any external entity.

    All prize fulfillments are subject to availability. If a prize cannot be delivered due to unexpected operational issues, the Sponsor may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Cash conversions or custom prize changes are not permitted except by express authorization of the Sponsor. We reserve the right to issue a financial refund for past coin purchases in place of fulfilling a prize redemption request.

    The Sponsor reserves the right to deduct administrative fees and payment processing charges from prize distributions.

    Winners bear exclusive responsibility for all federal, state, provincial, or local taxes tied to accepting and using a prize. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may withhold portions of the prize value to comply with state or federal tax codes. Winners must provide a valid SSN or other tax documentation to satisfy reporting mandates.

    All separate costs, ancillary fees, and travel expenses tied to accepting a prize remain the sole burden of the winner.

    When cash redemptions are approved, payments are distributed in USD to the financial account or digital wallet utilized to purchase Gold Coins. If this method is technically unavailable, funds will be sent via wire transfer to an alternative verified bank account provided by the user. The Sponsor may mandate specific payout methods to align with anti-money laundering protocols.

    Redemption Thresholds and Caps: Prize redemptions will only be processed if the total value of the request equals or exceeds US$100 (requiring a minimum balance of 100 eligible Sweeps Coins accumulated through gameplay). User profiles must meet this minimum threshold before any redemption submission will be reviewed.

    To successfully claim prizes, Canadian participants must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or digital assistance. The question will be administered through the user account dashboard or via email.

    Participants acknowledge that processing a prize redemption may take up to [30 days] to clear our compliance checks. Payouts may experience delays due to extensive identity verification audits. Redemptions totaling [ $500 ] or more require enhanced security checks, may take longer to process, and may be disbursed in multiple equivalent installments. While the Company exerts best efforts to process requests promptly, it does not guarantee absolute processing timelines.

    Only one prize redemption request may be processed per user account during any 24-hour window.

    The Sponsor reserves the right to restrict total daily prize redemptions to a maximum value of US$10,000 per user account. Total distributions will never exceed the specified prize limits of a game.

    The Company may appoint third-party payment processing agents to handle financial inputs or execute prize distributions on our behalf. These agents possess the same operational rights, powers, and privileges held by the Sponsor under these Sweeps Rules. The Sponsor assumes no liability for losses or damages resulting from a payment agent's negligence or actions exceeding their explicitly delegated authority.

    If a technical error or system glitch mistakenly credits your account with Sweeps Coins that you did not earn, those tokens remain the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will be removed from your account balance( If you have already cashed out prizes derived from mistakenly credited tokens, the value of that redemption constitutes a legal debt owed directly to the Company. Users must notify customer support at [email protected] immediately upon discovering an incorrect credit. The Sponsor maintains the right to deduct tokens or adjust account balances at any time to rectify errors.

    Users are solely responsible for maintaining personal records of their transactions and keeping copies of these Sweeps Rules as they change over time.

  10. Disputes

    [Section 17] of the primary Terms of Service (encompassing the Binding Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver) is fully incorporated into these Sweeps Rules by reference. By agreeing to these regulations, you express your unconditional agreement to be bound by the dispute resolution processes outlined in [Section 17] of the Terms.

  11. Entry Conditions And Release

    By participating in this Sweepstakes, every user agrees to: fully comply with the Terms of Service (including all ethical codes), these Sweeps Rules, and the final administrative rulings of the Sponsor.

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent firms, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize vendors, and advertising agencies, along with their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, legal costs, or liabilities. This release covers property damage, personal injury, death, or loss arising from entering the Sweepstakes, participating in platform games, or accepting, using, or misusing any prize. This includes claims based on negligence, invasion of privacy, defamation, right of publicity, or intellectual property infringement.

  12. Limitations of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for: inaccurate information caused by user error, printing errors, or faulty equipment associated with the Sweepstakes; technical failures, network disconnections, or software glitches; unauthorized human intervention or hacking; administrative errors in processing entries; or any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or utilizing a prize.

    If a user's Sweeps Coins or winning plays are confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or corrupted due to a system failure, the user's sole and exclusive remedy is the replacement of an equivalent amount of Sweeps Coins by the Sponsor.

    Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any legal fees, adjusting their claims strictly to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter the Sweepstakes. Participants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

    All matters concerning the validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Sweeps Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and the Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law principles that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

  13. Publicity

    Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize grants the Sponsor an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and sub-licensable license to use, distribute, and display the winner's name, profile details, and prize information across any media for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation or review. Winners warrant that they possess the full legal right to grant this promotional license.

  14. Damages and Disqualification

    The Sponsor will aggressively pursue civil or criminal remedies against any individual acting in bad faith to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. Violations of these Sweeps Rules or our Terms of Use will result in immediate disqualification.

    The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process, interfering with platform operations, or acting in a disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage the platform or undermine the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure by the Sponsor to enforce a specific provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. The Sponsor maintains the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the campaign, with notices posted on the platform.

  15. General Terms

    The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes or these Sweeps Rules, in whole or in part, if unexpected events beyond its reasonable control (such as widespread fraud, technical failures, or force majeure) impair the integrity or proper functioning of the campaign.

    Any notices regarding cancellation or modification will be posted on the Website. A participant's continued use of https://www.allwinplay.com/ following term modifications constitutes binding acceptance of the updated rules.

    Any participant posting abusive, harassing, spiteful, or disruptive comments on social media networks or public forums aimed at other users or the Sponsor will have their comments removed and face immediate disqualification from the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to report such behavior to social media platform operators.

  16. Governing Law

    The structural validity, interpretation, and performance of these Sweeps Rules, alongside the rights of entrants and the Sponsor, are governed strictly by the laws of the State of Colorado, excluding any conflict of law principles. If any individual provision of these rules is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be severed, and the remaining clauses shall continue in full force and effect.

  17. Privacy

    Personally identifiable information gathered during participation will be utilized by the Sponsor and its authorized designees solely for managing the Sweepstakes, distributing prizes, and fulfilling requirements outlined in these Sweeps Rules and the official corporate Privacy Policy. Participants can review our complete data handling policies by clicking the Privacy Policy link available on the official domain at https://www.allwinplay.com/.
